Experience at this place was good. The sitting arrangement and ambience at this place was fine but the chaos and noise of children who were playing around us really disturbing and causing uncomfortable.
Sitting arrangement is okay, kids playing zone is good, food preparation was not up to the mark. Overall Good for only one time visit.
Given one star for the ambience and food.....but when it comes to interaction with customers a big zero to "bounce a bout" ....its more than making money while u run a restaurant ...no hospitality (especially the manager Mr. Ajay sahu)....learn from aroma and nishuraj groups......luk at the bill bisleri bliss 1 ltr water is priced 30rs(which is 20rs in normal shops) that too gst is added to it also....practically water costs more than the mrp(approx 32rs)......bill is dated 22 oct 2021 at approx 1340 ....and they also denied to edit the bill (as gst was also added in packed bisleri bliss water 1ltr)
Food is very bad quality, and not recommend to have food here. Shared with staff there as well and in feedback form. It's good place for children to play. Visit only if you have objective of kids play zone.
