A budget place to stay.. with basic facility for family.. one night stay. Extremely good caretaker.. had yummy sandwichs and Maggi with vegetables .. and the best part is in the morning by 6 am we got refreshing coffee and sandwiches..Thank you for the hospitality

The place is serene and beautiful. Had a wonderful experience staying here. The food is great and the coffee is awesome. Moreover the owner and the staffs are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay beautiful and memorable.

Stayed here for 3 nights and loved the experience and hospitality by Mr. Vijay. Room is clean and Food was very tasty. This Place is right on the road and is well located near Tourist spot.

One of the scenic places to be in chickamagalur. Along with friendly hospitality homemade food brought a relaxed trip for us.

One of the best experience I had staying at Bougainville . Vijay was phenomenal in taking care of us . He had prepared very good food and served us. Also enjoyed listening to his stories and real life incidents .

We stayed on our trip to Chikmangaluru in this homestay for 3 days. Mr. Vijay is hosting this property. He is an amazing host. I'll summarize my experience in following points - 1. We are not that much fan of coffee, but We had best coffee of our life (Vijay bhai is great cook) 2. It is situated 22 km away from Chikmangaluru town. It is on way to Hebbe falls. Totally surrounded by trees, very beautiful property. Very calm and serene environment, I would say. 3. Our stay included breakfast and dinner. Food was very delicious and homely. 4. The place has one cafe as well if you want to have something. 5. Lastly but not least, The host Mr. Vijay is absolute gem of a person. We almost felt like home. He accommodated everything we asked for.

The place alone will make your vacation memorable and one to look forward to again. The nature and the serenity of the place is just awesome. Do plan a stay here and you will go nowhere else. The unique design of the cottages and the addictive filter coffee will make it a tough place to say goodbye to. Musttt...... include in your itinerary to Chikmagaluru.... !!!!!
