Very clean, hot water, thick bed, service was the very best, cold frig, down pillows, strong AC, large breakfast menu, I suggest the cappuccino. I wish the door had one more lock on it but I felt safe even without.

We were driving from Mumbai to Delhi and decided to stop at Surat. While Surat was not a glittering diamond city the Bougainvillea Apartment made up for everything. Super friendly polite efficient service. Really clean room. For the dinner alone I would drive back from Delhi to Surat. When we left the helpful staff even advised us the least crowded route to get to the highway. Not a place to miss staying at if ever you want to stay at a great place in Surat.
We had the pleasure of staying here for over a week, while attending a wedding. This was our base for all of our activities throughout Surat. The staff was AMAZING and made us feel right at home. They took care of us from the very beginning and never stopped. A tour was even arranged to see diamonds being cut from the raw stone. The breakfast options were plenty and even a few days they made us some local treats. You can not go wrong staying here. They will treat you like family. Thanks...
Booked almost all the rooms in this property for 2 days for guests coming for a family function. It is an amazing place. Centrally located at a convenient location, the hotel has well maintained spacious rooms. The rooms are tastefully done with all basic amenities. The staff is cordial and the service is up to mark.. The food is tasty. Our guests were very happy with all the things. The manager Mr. VIVEK is very supportive and helpful. Loved our experience here. Highly recommended for people travelling to Surat
