The food quality is good. I quite enjoyed the food there, in particular the mushroom soup and the homemade pasta. However, there was no one in the reception at the time I arrived. It is a bit odd for a high end restaurant in a hotel without anyone in the front. It was not busy that time and I saw only two tables being occupied. After a while, I walked directly inside to find a table by myself.
Had an incredible dining experience! The staff's warmth and top-notch service made it even better. The food was awesome, and the hospitality was amazing. Celebrating my wife's birthday here was a hit--she left happy after the meal. Need I say more?
We went there for a birthday celebration. I loved their pizza and pasta, but borritta was not that good. Price is really high. Ambience is nice. Staff are courteous and helpful. Service speed is perfect.
Been here once for a set meal, it was substantial and reasonable. The breads were very good as were some of food and attention to detail was fantastic. If you come alone they also offer to place a fishbowl opposite you, so you have company through your meal, which I found very charming. The behaviour of the staffs are pretty friendly and atmosphere is also quite refreshing.

Expected a fab Italian meal here to celebrate my marriage anniversary but was very disappointed with the food standards. The freshness of the ingredients used was not upto mark. We ordered the mushroom espuma and the chicken consomme and the porcini and truffle risotto. The mushrooms used in the risotto tasted very off and overall we didn't order anything else as the whole experience was a total downer. Moreover we had to shift our tables twice due to the mosquitos in the restaurant ! Would expect the management improve their service to be in accordance with Trident standards.
