Very peaceful location... far from buzz and noise.clean and spacious rooms. Two restaurants nearby and walkable- eagle inn and grand armaan. No in house food facility. Good response from caretakers on any query and support. Bit long to most spots especially when traffic is high. Excellent place for a large family or groups.

Great service. Luckily we were the only guests staying in those days. The staff was really cooperative and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Highly recommended

It is an average hotel ,room ok but attached bathroom is not neat, it's door couldn't close and closet is damaged too.otherwise it is ok for us.

We had a nice stay and a pleasant view. But note that the bathroom is moderate and very small. Rooms are very spacious

Very spacious and clean rooms. Big balconies if you buy a family room. The Manager Mr. Hameed is very humble and will be there to help anytime. Only place where it can be more cleaner are the sofa set in the rooms. The hotel is near to main road and well connected. This is more like a homely stay than a hotel stay. Good value for money overall. It doesn't have a restaurant of it's own but Mr. Hameed will arrange for the food on request or you can eat at the hotel just next to the hotel. It would be even better if amenities like electric kettle etc can be added as standard. Overall a good stay. Thanks, I appreciate it.

Good location nice rooms Only problem is they don't have a kitchen and the restaurant next to them is mostly out of food items

This hotel has near by restaurant which I found has Kerala style cooking. Did not like much food there..but bota rooms are clean and neat spacious, for me this looked overpriced with what they offer at hotel.

It was a wonderful stay for 3 days at Bota Royal. Special thanks to Mr. Hameed, Very nice guy, you can count on him. He was supportive throughout my stay. We booked 3 rooms and all of them were spacious, clean n tidy. Worth visiting this Hotel again. Hameed also helped us in booking a very good , experienced local driver Prasad, a really nice man. I would rate 5 out of 5.
