Serving quality sucks, no free water, only bottles available if you want water. Food quality is average. It was really good back but now it aint worth the price.

This place was better managed than other options in that vicinity. Menu was limited but I loved the coffee.

The menu has a lot of ecotic items and the hot chocolate brownie is a must here. The food quality is good but the services are often quite slow. Ambience is good with light music playing. Seating capacity is less and hence once should visit it only if there are no large groups.

During my recent visit to Boston Bites, I purchased French fries. To my surprise, I didn't receive a carry bag for my order, even though another customer who bought pizza was provided with one. It's baffling that instead of offering a loyalty program, Boston Bites should simply ensure that they provide a carry bag to every customer. This basic consideration should not discriminate based on order size and would go a long way in improving the overall customer experience.

The place is at a good location, very well mantained and helping staff. There was sanitizer on every table. Ordered quite a few things including subs, burger, frappe and pizza. Everything was good in taste and the order didn't take long. Bill was around 1800/- which makes sense for the amount of stuff we ordered.
