I was visited this hospital 2yr ago that days they OPD staff and doctors are good but some people like nurses and leb technicians are too lazy ... and today I visit with my grandma in this hospital again , when I came it's about 10am and the doctor was bussy with patients , we are waiting for doctor to visit with him , after 1 hour latter we visit a doctor and he recommended us to blood test and ultrasound then we are go to lebotory and submit her blood, after half an hour they called us to do ultrasound , and the twist of the day is ... after ultrasound a nurse came with grandmother and call me and she tell me that sigh here and they took my grandmother at minor o t room after 10 minutes and that time l don't know why they are took her in the room , i asked to every nurse and staff why you are took her in that room but they are never reply and nor explain , like they ignored my questions, they ignore me that time I was too angry with them , again I was waiting for them 2and half hour but my grandmother locked in that room and that time she was fall from the bed , when I listen crowd of her I was run and take her to the room and I show that bed was break and no one there in that room, when I see the prescription of her , doctor was recommended to papsmear test , for that's test we waiting hor 4 hours , they ignore us and tell we are still doing waiting for them .. ...... ... this is the worst experience for me ever....

The worst experience of my life, never visit this doctor Arindom Borthakur, he left me unattended while I was bleeding in pregnancy just because I was taking treatment from some other doctor & not him, I had a miscarriage because of him. He wasted my time & harrassed me emotionally & physically. He is an egoistic person.

No attention to a patient, they will listen and ignore Looks good on the outside,inside is Just lets not talk bot it Washroom is utter dirty,no handwash no faucet Pee collection is given to be done in a dirty bottle The receptionist was utter lazy and rude, if a patient is waiting for his discharge they spend so much time in printing bills and a discharge paper Overhyped. Ok to the fact that you're taking a general ward but is it necessary to be DIRTY provided one is spending 400 that too ON A HOSPITAL Lack of hygiene. Beds are dirty Its better to befit healthy than end up at such hospitals

Worst Hospital, this Borthakur Hospital is involved in many criminal cases like , New Born Baby, Over make of Bills . Latest a new born baby delivered by C- section and that time baby was healthy and but the Nurses and doctors cannot give the baby to the relatives not to the mother. After some time Hospital management told that baby was dead. In that, the criminal case was madeby the relatives in Tinsukia Police station over the Borthakur Nursing Home Hospital. So I request you to all patients and people don't go to this Hospital.

A perfect hospital for maternity. Dr and staff all are courteous & helpful. You have all the facility available for pregnant lady under same roof. Easy to navigate. Parking space available.

The staff are friendly and approachable. However, my new born child was discharged after 3 days without preliminary vaccination of BCG and Hepatitis. This came as a surprise as basic vaccination is mandatory!!! The staff said that vaccination is done only once a week on Wednesday which is illogical and must be looked into.

Dr PC Borthakur is the reason I am alive today. He operated my mother 26 years ago for my delivery. Dr Arindom Borthakur is one of the finest doctor and humble person I have ever met. He so calm and honest. His behaviour is so good. He is like the Mr. Perfect Doctor one can ever imagine. The staffs and facilities are very good and it feels like you are in your home. I highly recommend Borthakur Nursing Home and to get yourself treated from Dr Arindom Borthakur.
