There is no worse service than this. I came here to update my Aadhaar.The time for giving the form for update was 9 am but I got the form at 10 am. And the time of Aadhaar update was written on the notice board from 10 am to 4 pm.After taking the form I came at 1 pm for submission.They told me that it's a lunch time, so come after some time.Then after some time I had to check that Aadhaar was updated till 12 o'clock.How much wrong do these people do? I also saw that they were talking to everyone, it is closed today, come tomorrow.

Tho it has postal bank services , but cash transactions from your own account may take hours . so come prepared as staff and system both are slow .

Stood on the line at 11.40 and finally reached counter at 12.35. The lady in the counter gave me a correction and in the meantime within 2mins she told me yu never Stood in the line and made me stand for another 10mins. So sad that these ppl don't understand that we are also working people taking time to get our work done. The staff are mean and won't help you at all. I have gone 4times and 3times the same lady in the counter argues with me evertime.

Worst post office in India !!! I've send Parcel twice all the way from Nagaland to my cousins staying there in Borivali West through speed post , but when i check in tracking it always shows Insufficient address , I'm sure the address is correct but the people working there is lazy and making excuses, I'm really not happy with the service

Always crowded. Don't try to update your aadhar here. There's so much long queue always. Rather goto some bank or other place where they will do it instantly after taking token.

Very bad service : and the postman's way of talking is also very bad : and I am calling him, he is not even picking up my call.

Aadhar card Center is rubbish the officer should be fired for being slow

This Post office is located near Borivali Court and Borivali West Police station. Staff is good but quite slow in work, it takes long time for any work like speed post or paying bills. Services here are good like post payment banks, post office saving account etc. Monday to Friday they work 9 to 3 and on Saturday 9 to 1. They are stick to their working hours so plan your visit accordingly.
