My mother was Referred by an MBBS for treatment in this hospital for stone removal. Though staff (Chirag) from mediclaim informed that they don't consider Tata Aig cashless mediclaim as they have issues going with them since last 4months. Though TATA is listing them as preferred network partner for cashless treatment. Taking advantage of their old age they even scared them saying the mediclaim policy you have is facing issues pan india hospital networks and didn't want them to go to other hospitals referring issues from a patient who recently got transferred from Sarasvati hospital Bopal due to same mediclaim policy. so my mother decided to get admitted for few hours for medical testing being an emergency and was forced to pay their bill at the counter.
Luckily next day we decided to visit Sarasvati hospital and were welcomed with wonderful service from admin staff to the doctors. They were very well treated there with no issues of cashless facility from TATA and got discharged in 3 days.
We Will not recommend this hospital to any friends/families and those looking should check Sarasvati hospital around the corner for their exceptional and caring service to their patients and hope the admin team of Bopal ICU hospital improves their services.
All the treatment was fine as per the money they cost. But one of the junior nurse did not fit my needle properly into the veins and as a result I am suffering from swelling and intense pain.
Dr. Ravi Prajapati is well versed with knowledge in his area. His way of explanation and friendly behaviour with patients gives comfort to patient as well family members. I was admitted for my calvicle fracture surgery and returning home with full satisfaction from doctor as well staff of the hospital.
Excellent experience with Dr. harsh dalwadi . He is best artroscopic and joint replacement surgeon. He listened our problem patiently and gave right treatment to patients. He given best treatment to my brother for wrist fracture.
Went to dr at midnight the way that dr talked was very rude and i don't think he knows how to talk to a patient and he needs some serious classes on how to be with a patient. Will never recommend it to anybody. Worst experience. Consent fee was also charged high.
Very hard working staff and great service. From nurses to medical officers to consultants, all are very well experienced and never tired to help at any time of the day. Bopal ICU and Trauma centre is a great health facility and what I liked most during my stay is the helping nature of staff and infrastructure of Hospital. And out of all good people at this hospital one person needs special mention is Dr Ravi Prajapati under whose tender care my brother recovered very well. I would highly recommend this hospital to people seeking quality care.

Doctors: Dr. Chintan and Dr. Khatri has done nice treatment . Dr. Chintan was my lead doctor and has a very positive attitude. I am very happy to get treatment from him during my corona infaction. after discharge also he regular support me and give answer to my query and help me a lot

Nurse and staff : Mainly this also take a big role as they are 24x7 take care of patient. I was really happy with Positive and good approach from both Morning and Night shift staff . they take care me a lot and do not feel me Negative any time .
