Boothalinga Swamy - Sivagami Ambal Temple - Hindu temple in Boothapandi - Kanniyakumari, India

The town of Boothapandi houses the temple dedicated to the revered deities Boothalingasamy and Sivakami Ambal. It is a frequented pilgrimage site where devotees seek blessings from the gods. The temple holds two celebrated festivals annually - the car festival (Therottam) and "Theppa thiruvizha". The temple is nestled amid verdant hills and can be conveniently reached via public transportation.

Beautiful Siva temple and fabulous serene atmosphere. Approximately 80km from Trivandrum city and could do this is roughly 2.5 hours in bike. The temple opens in the morning until 10am. A must visit temple.

This is a very old and one of the powerful temple in kanyakumari district. One thing I felt that need more maintenance to attract more tourists. We can simply go there and peacefully spend more time to get positive energies.
