Nice place. Good location. Only small thing found wanting is no lunch services. We have to go out for it

JUST WANT TO SAY AWESOME ....MIDDLE OF THE TOWN..VEHICLE CAN BE REACHED EASILY AND CAN PARK..LIFT IS DER..ROOMS ARE IN 5TH AND 6TH FLOOR.. RECEPTIONIST BEHAVIOUR IS GOOD...THEY REALLY RUN PALCE FOR PURPOSE...BATGROOM,BED ,AC ARE PERFECT..BRAEKFAST IS OKAY FOR THE PRICE WE ARE PAYING...INTERCOM IS PRESENT ALSO TV WITH ASIANET CABLE IA PROVIDED ..FOR THE PIRCE WHICH WE ARE PAYING EVERYTHING IA WORTH.. GREAT ROOM

We stayed in Boon Inn for 2 nights and 3 days. They took money from us for what we have not eaten. We paid them the amount and after checking the bills found that we have been charged Rs. 226 for the food which we have not eaten whereas we had our dinner outside on that particular day and reached hotel and we slept early. When we called to enquire the same they say that house keeping has served us the food and he would check the CCTV cameras in the hotel. Pathetic . I paid for the room charges ahead of our journey and even before the staff could give us the bill i made gpay without any questions but I asked them to check regarding wrong billing he says he would check and then see. Absurd. Will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family in future.

Pl ensure that your rooms are fumigated regularly..lots of small cockroaches Also do keep tea/ coffee bags with heater ..the entire set in every room

I stayed here for a night as a transit from Coimbatore to my home town with my family. Location is the best part, rooms are really spacious and well maintained. Bathroom is average which can definitely be improved. Complimentary breakfast was good - local cuisine. Overall a good experience.

We stayed as a family of 6 for 2 nights and 3 days. During checkout the lady sitting in the reception asked me to settle the bills of Rs. 732 and in turn i paid them through GPay without checking the bills. Later when going through the bills found that they have billed us incorrectly for Rs. 226 which we have not ordered or eaten. When called and checked the same a male staff said that room service has informed that it has been served. I tried explaining him that we left the hotel on that specific day in the morning and reached hotel at night after having dinner in an other hotel. Staff said that he will be checking the CCTV camera and then see what to do. Do you think this is acceptable? I paid 12000 for 2 rooms ahead of our stay in single payment and then during checkout i trusted that lady and without even checking the bills i paid the said amount of Rs. 732( which was my mistak). Is this how they do customer service..... Awful experience. I would never recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family members in future.

The rooms are big, ventilated, clean (although they might not wash the sheets every single time) But the linen felt clean enough. They have a cafe with limited menu outside meal time. Excellent location, very central with easy access to autos, bus stops, attractions. Excellent value for money

It has potential to be so much better. Service was good as they offered me a new room as my door lock was not working. My rooms lights were also dim compared to others. Bathroom had a not so pleasant smell as well. But the rooms are spacious and the location is central to everything. I hope they put some money back into the hotel as there are very few that are good in the area.
