Had a very pleasant experience with Banalata Tours and Travels, from pickup to dropping us off, everything was done smoothly. Rambabu, the owner was very much hospitable, even though he was injured, he came to receive us and arranged for every facilities. The hotel was clean, and was in a beautiful location. The food that was provided was also very good. All the staffs were very nice and friendly. Rambabu Also arranged for a Adventure Boat Ride, which many tour operators don't cover in their package, and it was absolutely the best. Overall had a very good experience.

Visited Sunderban on 22/12/22 with my family. Tour operators were very friendly and booking process was smooth and efficient. Food was similar to home cooked meal. Overall a great experience. I recommend them because of affordable and quality service throughout the tour.

We have visited with family from 27-29 January 2023. The experience was horrible.Entire trip was full of miss-management.They are quite inexperienced in this field. Food was also not upto the mark, quantity was also very less. I wanted to give them zero star but that's not possible.I'll not recommend anyone to book with this tour operator.

The bus was not a luxury vehicle as described, it was dirty and the driver took no Covid 19 precautions. I specifically told them I was a middle aged English speaking woman and they assured me that I would have an English speaking guide. Total rubbish. I got so sick from the nights meal i had to sleep in the boat while the tour was on. Hours and hours of watching mud flats and not much else. A waste of time and money

Sundarban is very beautiful place.. sudarbon is mangrove area in the delta formed by the confluence of the Ganges , it comprises closed and open mangrove forest, it's all about nature.. Sundarban is tourism place.. royal Bengal tiger is famouse animal in Sundarban... if you want to visit this place contact to book my Sundarban trip. I went to the Sundarbans with my parents in November 2020 with Banalata Tours and Travels. It was a 3 day/ 2 nights tour and it was really an amazing experience travelling with this agency. The package was specially customized for us. We got a chance to explore the Sundarbans just like the locals. The best part of this tour was a special boat ride through the mangroves and watching the village life from real close. Also, the stay was very nice and comfortable. The hotel balcony offered some spectacular view of the golden paddy fields, ponds and a lot of trees. Overall, we really enjoyed our trip and I highly recommend Banatala if you are planning for an interesting trip to the Sundarbans.
