Low quality construction by builder. The planning is poor and there are daily issues related to stp, plumbing, etc. Builder has provided mostly low quality products in clubhouse and elsewhere.

Nice place, the road leading to Bonsai Homes has beautiful tree plantation on both the sides which makes my day every day, greenery around the society, temperature is at least 2-3 deg less than other polluted areas in summers. Nice society all amenities, swimming pool, power back etc.

It's a community that is cool, happening, affordable, peaceful & sorounded with greenery. Schools, hospitals, local & super markets, shops, railway station, Radial Ring Road connecting ORR - Tellapur, Lingampally, Nallagandla, Gachibowli-Manikonda IT hub, & many other prominent establishments in its vicinity..

Easily accessible location. Well maintained. Supportive administrative staff. Has a decent swimming pool(both adults and kids) and gym. I am proud of making the right choice of purchasing a flat in this community.

Sales persons are very cheap, pathetic They will ask you, your budget in 1 min of conversation without asking your name, profession. Very unprofessional. Community is good
