Highly disappointed with the attitude of the front desk person. They need to learn manners. I went to the salon during the noon time. There was 3 hours waiting. They asked me to come the next day 9:30 in the morning and promised that there will be no waiting. Leaving my work, next day when I entered I saw a lot of people waiting. They had promised the same time to everyone. Instead of taking according to the numbers, they were taking anyone randomly. I was promised 45 mins of waiting maximum but even after 1.5 hours there was not a single haircut done. Everyone was annoyed waiting. When everyone started complaining they explained that they did not have towels. But in reality they had taken a few people inside. Very unprofessional. Highly disappointed. Not at all professional attitude. They ask for payment first and then the customer is compelled to wait just to hear to their rude words. They clearly do not value anyone's time. Not recommended at all. I have uploaded a photo of annoyed and arguing customers.

Visited the salon for the hair treatment and was very satisfied with the results. It was amazing experience. Loved the haircut, highlights and also the hair treatment. I was very much worried about my hair to be chopped off, after so long! But I'm so glad that I went and found the best hairstyle, which absolutely suits my personality. In festive times, they are in huge hurry and we waited for 3-4 hours and that too for hair cut and hair spa, but they are providing good service - so it don't matter at all!! Me and my mother went for the hair treatment. And they also give advices for our hairs and according to it they go for the treatment. And it's pretty quite good I loved it and very much happy with my hairs and I can trust them for my hairs!

Recently I visited this saloon for hair spa and guess what they gave me amazing continually 15 min hair spa massage. My all stressed went out and I feel so fresh. I specially thanks to their staff as they are very cooperative and friendly. Must recommending

Amazing servie, the staff is super lovely be it Jhanvi the manager or Bhargav and Nisha who did my haircolor or Krunal who did my haircut, each and everyone of them is best at it. A must go to place for all your hair and skin treatments.

It's too bad service , I bought package of 15000 n got service of 18000 . First we got done facial , it was ok ok . Next day service was hair color n cut . I spend almost 7 hours . In this 7 hours they did color once but couldn't get same burgundy as I wanted . So they used color removal but it was so ruff service like one was rubbing my hair like washing clothes. I had to ask to go slow . Then next they couldn't find my color what I asked so they used some short time color ready tube which gave such horrible color effect . They said it's safe but unbelievably it keeps massing my dresses after every wash . Almost in 10 wash it's gone n every time wash it ruined my dress. Then was hair spa . They didn't told me any starting range they direct start with 3000 range . Had no improvement on my hair Evan my hair got more dry .then I passed this package to my family who get it done all with hair cut n nail spa . I must say it was worst experience. Never going back to this location . Sharing first color that they give but I don't liked n they used bleach . Second tube color I didn't get any pic since it was changing every day with new wash and Sweat .

There's a lot of rush in a little waiting space. Just getting a haircut took me two and a half hours. I think I might have gone ganja from the woman washing my hair. For 199/-, the haircut is fairly nice. I tried it because I simply wanted a small amount chopped off; I'm not sure what a big chunk or a major haircut would be like. Overall I had a pleasant experience.
