They sell low quality products with very bad customer service. We bought leggings worth 1000 and we're not even allowed to try , the sales women agreed to exchange if at all we have any problems with the item . When we tried we were suprised to see how sheer and low quality the item is . The store supervisors were rude even after informing that sales women agreed to exchange if there is a problem . Later the sales women started lying that we never said it can be exchanged. Mind you we were not even asking for a refund, just exchange that too with valid reason. Hope they realise soon that for every bad product and bad customer service they are going to loose customers forever.
Has good variety in clothing in comparison to other big shops. Prices are a bit high but still less in comparison to other big stores and small shops. Only 10% standard discount is given on the price tag which is still less. But no other shop offers better prices so I prefer this shop only.
We are supplier from Mumbai. After Demise of Shri RAJKUMAR sir, NO payment received to us. No one is there to answer. we have not received payment for more than 1 year.......no new STOCK all old STOCK..........loosing HOPE for Future.......
Not a big frontage or entrance. Very ordinary reception. But you go to first and second floor you get so much variety and many branded clothes at reasonable prices and festival discounts. The sales staff is courteous and patient in showing the collection. Unless you have heard about this or recommended by a friend, you will hesitate to enter. But once you are in, you become a loyal customer.. Great job by the shop owner who have built the reputation thru service and integrity...
