Bomiso Gym - Gym in Gurugram, Fatehpur - Gurugram, India

Although I haven't provided any negative feedback before, I'd like to point out that the trainer primarily focuses on female gym members. Initially, the trainer assisted me with my workouts, but after a few days, they suggested personal training, which I declined. After that, they stopped communicating or assisting me altogether. Most of the trainers at the gym seem to prioritize their female clients, and I've noticed that previous trainers like Nikhil and Sunny were more attentive compared to the current one. It appears that Bomiso's quality is declining over time. Prioritizing personal training and female clients should not be the sole agenda. I've never observed any of their trainers helping men without being prompted or without providing constructive feedback. It's essential for them to improve before their ratings suffer.

I am going to this gym for quite sometime now. It has a different vibe. Good machines, friendly trainers and awesome support overall. I am motivated to go there daily. One of my recent experiences with their super trainer Yogesh is worth mentioning. If you are looking for a personal trainer, you got the right person here. He is very knowledgeable, understands your needs and body requirements and accordingly advises you the best options. He pushes you to challenge your limits and go for the kill. Trainers like him make the gym more happening. Thanks Yogesh for all the help and support!!

I signed up with Bomiso when my younger self was obsessed with building abs and then a few years later to undo the damage done by COVID and build back my strength and stamina. Bomiso surpassed my expectations both times. They check all the boxes of what one looks for in a well-equipped, respectable gym and their group classes are an added incentive to sign up. The elaborate schedule covers activities for all ages and genres, I personally and highly recommend Bhangra (read HIIT) classes with Arun and Pilates classes (awesome for toning up and strengthening the core) with Nobin. The trainers on the floor are polite and professional and the housekeeping staff does a terrific job of keeping the floor and washrooms clean and equipments sanitized. And if you ever have any concerns or requests, Mr Thapa is the star at the front desk - extremely helpful and super prompt in taking action! Kudos to the owners for maintaining high standards of quality over the years while keeping up with the times!

Joined Bomiso a month back. Happy to share my positive experience. Trainers are very helpful especially Jeetu who sounds very pro in his work and helping me achive my fitness goals. Hoping Bomiso will continue to raise the bar.

The gym is great but my motivation to go here is my trainer Yogesh. He is extremely dedicated and will be a part of your goal. He will push you to achieve the most difficult goals. All the best guys

AMAZING GYM AMAZING WORKOUTS ! The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified ! They know how to push to limit in the best way possible with your workouts I have personal trainer YOGESH he is just amazing his vibe is awesome ,surly you will not leave disappointed I highly recommend checking this GYM out.

It's one of the best gyms in this area. I chose it finally after visiting many gyms including the high profile Fitness First. Very Spacious, machines and equipments for almost all types of exercises and activities. Owner Anubhav is himself a fitness freak and it's a delight to watch him working out. Special word for Trainer Yogesh, well behaved and knowledgeable. A word of advice though regrading some of the equipments like cross trainer, treadmills need replacement. Also, the inside space is little crowded with machines and could be laid out better. However, this is the only gym with good open corridor outside for fresh air and other outdoor activities. I highly recommend it and wish all the best to Team Bomiso including Karan & Thapa.

Bomiso is a very good gym. All facilities and equipments are good. The steam sauna is a surprise addition. Trainer Yogesh is very good and helping. My best wishes to the entire team.
