Today I was an audience to their one of the competition and the judgement was a shocker to many of the people including me .... Such events gives motivation to people but such shocking judging and not giving the prize to the deserving was really hurting ..... Disappointed
It was bad experience..... Actually my dada who is not capable to walk.he nad polio on his legs so without wheelchair he cannot walk a single step. For night stay we did advance booking in well known hotel YMCA but such well reputed and know hotel don't have wheelchair entry or lift. When we reach it was 1am and at that late night we run for searching another hotel.
Overall it was a pleasant stay. Locality is superb just a few minutes walk to Gateway of India, & Colaba causeway is adjacent. The lack of professionalism persists on certain services, since it's not managed by professional hotel management. PROS - 1. Safety 2. Very attentive staff 3. Good & nice locality 4. Breakfast included in the tariff but Dinner will be provided on an extra basis. 5. Food provided is up to the mark & higenic. CONS - 1. Room amenities aren't on par with what we paid. 2. The bathroom is clean but could be better. 3. The bed provided is not meant for anyone with 5 ft 11inches height or above. 4. Though tariff is equal to any other decent hotel but only a towel & an ordinary tiny soap provided no other toiletries. 5. Here, the definition of non veg food means serving egg victual..!!? 6. Pillow covers were stinking but got replaced on request. 7. No lunch provided.

One of the best places I've ever stayed at. It's not a luxurious place to stay per say but offers everything you need. It's a heritage building and the location is super convenient for tourists. Gateway of India, marine drive and Colaba causeway are just a walking distance away. The food is very basic but prepared under basic hygiene regulation. The service of all the helpers are commendable. I've stayed there both, as a resident and as a guest and loved the experience. If you're visiting as a guest, you'll even have car parking.
Decent place and little expensive. The building is old, but the community and surrounding is good. They provide food and accommodation. Also has table tennis, basket ball court, gym and laundry facilities. Walkable distance from the Gateway of India.
Had a very comfortable stay at the YMCA in Colaba. Great location and very helpful staff. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Mumbai and looking for a place to stay.
The rooms are good, and within budget. Anyone wanting to stay for 1-2 nights can definitely go for this one. The staff is cooperative. The location is excellent with many restaurant in the nearby area. They also provide free WiFi
