Their sweets are so good and authentic. We prefer only their sweets during festive season and for any function at home. My whole family loves sweets and snacks from them. Badam milk that you get from them is hero drink. Parathas and pav bhaji combos are must try.
It's old shop. We bought Badam halwa and had it in our hotel. It's very sweet but rich taste. It costed us Rs.100 for 100 gms. Little old shabby shop. It has 3 outlets in around the area

We have been a regular customer of Bombay Tiffany's since 3-4 decades now and even my son has posted a review regarding the same, our whole Diwali essence was ruined because of the faulty sweets provided to us by this particular shop and even their own staff agreed the sweets were burnt after he tasted it and even after that the owner of the shop decided to not accept the mistake, instead tried to argue with my son and disrespect him and that's when my son gave Mr Neeraj an earful. We were told "Don't waste my time it's only 4-5 Kgs of sweets I have sold 1000kgs". Well Mr Neeraj, we are paying for those 4-5 Kgs, you are not giving them for free here know how to talk when you are running a business. My son went all the way from Nanjangud which is around 30kms away from the shop leaving all the festivities behind only to return the sweets and Mr Neeraj has the audacity to tell we are wasting his time, in that case what about our time and the money we burnt on fuel to get to your shop just to return the sweets. And my family orders only 4-5 kgs now, up until 5-6 years ago we had orders of 25-30kgs average, maybe ask your father who used to run the business successfully before you ruined it. When he was in charge we had a fruitful relationship, I have tied Rakhi to your father in that very shop, such was my family's relationship with your father and Bombay Tiffany's. You sweets now are horrible, even the Kaju Katli has become hard after just a day of purchase, shame on you for not accepting your faults.
It changed a lot nowadays. The quality of sweets and chats have faded. The Motichur Pak and Laddoo tasted bad. It was the go-to place for Badam Milk and Sweets back when I used to visit the City Market with parents. Overall it was a bad experience the previous time I visited.
The sweets are fresh and tasty. Their Badam milk is too famous and everything is available. Sweets r awesome.
The quality of food is good and they different varieties however thier customer service is very bad. They are not courteous and they don't attend to customers immediately. Including the owner they are not customer oriented given that they anyways have customers walking into they shop because of thier legacy.
Bought Motichur Laddoos for this Deepawali season but the Laddoos turned out to be so bad. Ruined all my festive feeling and I had to apologise to my guests too for serving those horrendous Laddoos. Bombay Tiffany's is no more the same and I think it's time the owners look into improving their quality before they run out of business. Very poor experience.
