Visiting this store since 6 years and I am impressed by their extensive collection and reasonable prices. They offer a wide variety of options without breaking the bank. It's definitely worth a visit for those looking for stylish yet affordable shalwar suits.
We had bought multiple dresses from Bombay selections. We wanted some alterations in those dresses and requested the staff for the same. Despite multiple requests the staff very rudely denied us. We asked them, they can charge for the alteration but they did'nt even listen to us. The Behaviour of the staff was very rude and non courteous at all. This is not expected from such a brand. Even the staff told us that we are a very big brand and we donot take any alteration after our piece is sold. This is extremely dissapointing. Such a rude and weird behaviour of the staff and the branch is least expected. Never ever gonna visit Bombay Selections in future! Pathetic service and no sense to treat customers. Such a bad experience! First of all teach your staff some manners and courtesy to behave with customers. A customer is paying for a dress, not for free they are taking it. A pathetic and horrible experience at Bombay selections Pritampura branch!!!
Money minded staff and charge for every basic thing be it alterations or suit bags no matter how expensive dress u purchase from them. All branches are good except Pitampura Nishant kunj one. Worst service and non courteous staff.
The saree delivered was in the wrong color and they absolutely refused to exchange it, inspite of polite requests they did not agree to their mistake and eventually I had to keep the saree. Extremely rude attitude of the staff, starting from the junior staff to the Manager as well.

They do not finish the sarees properly once bought. Bad service.
Staff needs more training to attend customer and be courteous.
