Lot of variety of gold ornaments. Humble service. Huge area to accommodate enough customers. Have parking for at lease 5 cars. Inside lot of divisions for each type of ornaments.

There were multiple models and designs. But within 2 days of the purchase these was a damage in the product.
Very bad customer service. And we were charged for the service irrespective of it being a very new product and never being used.
They charge very high... We can avoid... Because they take the full advantage of customer's intending to buy... We will not get a feeling that their rates & charges are genuinely reasonable..

We had a very bad experience in terms of customer service. Along with many other jewllery we bought from here my mom also got her daily taali chain few months ago and links were broken on both the chains when we took it to the store the person there was so rude and spoke to her on a very loud tone on how they cant provide any service and with a lot of argument took the chain to fix and after constant follow up we got it after 20 days. Not sure on how long this will last. Totally unhappy with the servive The other bombay jewellers is so much better in terms of service.
