I have been staying in Bollywood Design Hotel since 2 months. Yup, that's more than 60 days. The idea of staying as long as this in a hotel sounded weird to me at the first go but then as I started to discover it more as a home, everyday has been a happy day. I believe what differentiates this hotel from others is the honest hospitality. It's not the best or perfect hotel in the world but it's definitely one place that operates on the principles of sheer transparency and honesty. Mr Paul, who is the manager of this hotel spearheads his team with great will and is always there to solve my issues. Sometimes there are things which are beyond his reach, for that too, he attempts first and if it doesn't work out, he explains the reason about it, never really denies upfront. I'd also like to mention the dedication of Krishna who manages the hotel mostly at night. He is one great human to sit and talk to, with great knowledge of the nuances of Mumbai, Krishna never shies away from helping anyone. Anyone who stays in this hotel for a day or two might not be able to witness all of it but if you are observant and go by the vibes, you will know what I am talking about.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this place for 14 days, and I must say that it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Pretty Decent place. Staff including Mr Paul (Manager) is very helpful and goes out of his way to ensure order. Stayed at the services apartment for 6 months. Highly recommend.
Excellent Hospitality. I have been there for multiple business stay and meetings. Also put up my colleagues coming from abroad. Beautiful super spacious rooms good view. The manager Mr. Paul is a thorough Ge tkeman extremely helpful and kind. Always ready to help. Lovely food and all rooms with good view. In short out of the world experience. Highly recommendable.
