Going a little further to the left from Ratanapalli, you can see it by looking upwards to the left. Very nice place with nice surroundings, The store has a lot of books, many books written by local and foreign writers are available here. Let's see then verify .. Real bookworms will not be disappointed at all.
One of the best book store in Bolpur. A must visit place for bookworms. They have a really good collection of book and the best part is that you can buy a book and sit outside in their cafe and enjoy the book with coffee or tea, they also have some lite snacks option. They didn't have a big collection of English book but if you want to buy bengali books it's the best place, you have books of all genres. They also have a special section for Biswabharati and Rabindranath Tagore's works. They also own a publisher so you can also publish your books with them, they also run a magazine called "Amader Santiniketan". The owner of this place is really polite and knowledgeable about books.
Unique ans fresh. Has a very different kind of bengali books collection. Well segregated genres and you can also find cool and quirky tote bags and coffee mugs, cds and other goodies.
This bookshop has everything that a book paradise can offer. You won't regret going there and picking up a book for your reading or for gifting. The stocks of books are limited but they are trying their best to give the place a proper shape.

Me and my friend got stuck here because of the rain once, which then turned into an experience we will forever be grateful for! Reading books, sipping on good coffee and watching the rain definitely calls for a good review. So do check them out if you are ever caught in the rain in Ratanpally or just in desperate need to escape into another reality.
