The host was very kind. We crashed at the guest house at 2am in the night. The host was awake for us to check in and then he slept. The flat was good but would've wished another bathroom inside. The location is very quite and calm. Very peaceful. Enjoyed the stay there.

This room is in south goa and by staying there its w easy for us to go to benolim beach,Colva beach, near to railway station,its an flat type property which very spacious for staying Rooms are neat. Provided...location is also good.. ideal for those who looking for cheap and best

its a good place to stay for both couples as well as groups. it is not a hotel room it was 1bhk flat with lot of space. rooms are big, balcony has a fascinating views. bus is available from doorstep for Colva(3.5km) and Benaulim(2km) beach. owner of the place is helping in nature. i really enjoyed staying there. hope you would enjoy it too.#keep smiling .

Wish to visit south goa with some friends and yes this place fitted to my budget and worth stay here in the month june as hot water facility is 24 hr and the Beach is also not so far. Must visit nearby papai's corner restro just 400mtr from here. Worth stay at this place and the guest house owner lady is also nice. This place ia not a hotel these are basically 1bhk flats but the size of rooms are too big.

Breakfast is good(Kerala).., Service people are also friendly..

Great Location. 2 Km away from Benaulim Beach. Calm Place Away from all Noise and Congestion. Hotel Owner is Very Kind and Understanding. Locality is Pure Goan Culture. Restuarant is Available just below the accommodation. Villagers in Nearby location are very Helpful and assist you. This Accommodation is spacious and clean.

Nice place for short stay near Madgaon, Goa. Here you will be getting flats as a hotel room and good for 4-6 people. Good facilities it's like staying in homely environment and less costly also. For food you can go good hotels in Madgaon as food is not available here, nearby one hotel is there but we preferred to go in Madgaon. Try to get upper floor rooms as no disturbance from owner and other people.

Cheap rooms, clean, however only 1 bathroom even for 2bhk, so that's on the downside. They also own a bar and restaurant downstairs.. however, I would recommend to visit house next to this building as the lady of that house cooks amazing food.
