A very good place to work. Working culture is very good. Those who are having a career path with ambitions in aerospace field, they will find this company as a perfect fit for them. The basic principle is growing together, employee first, speak out as our voice matters, must learn and must grow, don't just do 9 to 6 job, inculcate innovation culture, have a career and learning path.

They need to improve their interview process. The person who is scheduling the interview does not even know for which location they are hiring. They simply schedule the interview asking for a time slot and send a meeting invite. No follow ups and no communication after that. After the interview, they never give feedback nor it is updated in their career portal. This is not the way to conduct interviews. Big brand but process improvement is needed.

I won't give 5 stars cuz no company is 100% perfect. There are flaws but Boeing is one of the best places to work if you want to learn and grow at the same time. They have the best learning and development programs and the work culture is amazing. Definitely a great place to work.

I got a call from boeing at 14/09/2022 unfortunately i was in other interview where i was forced to put my phone on silence,so i couldnt attend the call.is there any possiblities that boeing would calling me again.
