Mostly gets crowded during evening, morning 10am is the best time when people start leaving. The trainers are helpful and friendly.

Equipments are good but Around 6.30 to 7.30 it gets too crowded. I can't suggest this gym if you're a Not a begginer as trainers don't help out too much but if you know what you're doing then this gym is probably good for you. And best part of this gym is that it's cheap...
You've to pay additional amount to get a trainer,this thing makes loose this place, otherwise its cool to workout.staffs are good behaving persons.
It's the best gym in the locality with affordable price. Light atmosphere and cheerful trainers. The washroom is hygenic . Gym is fully equipped with all modern workout machines, cardio machines and free weights.
Each and every facilities are available on gym and also all trainers are too good more supportive and always motivate to us
