DONT GO! I have been a patron here since it opened and never have I seen it in such a poor condition. Major Renovation is going on and they did not inform before hand while taking the appointment. The ceiling was being pulled down and a cloud of dust was everywhere. They were asking clients to move through this construction with no protection, while the ceiling was coming down around you. It's so dirty, unsafe and no point of getting any service done as you will be dusty again. I feel bad for the therapists who have to work in such conditions. While all this banging and drilling is going on, they charge full price for the so called high quality "spa" services..

Visited jayanagar branch and Arin and Deena did a wonderful job. They explained me everything how long nails would stay amd how to maintain.. Definitely you can give a try. Customer friendly everyone here.

Today was the 1st time I visited here and loved the service. I forgot the name of the person who attended to me.. she was really considerate and very sweet. Got my B wax. Thank you to the staff. I left with great experience after having faced a few disappointing experiences in different salons offlate. Might just become regular here. Let's see!

Amazing place. Very sweet and friendly staff. I have got a couple of services from here and I will definitely advise everyone to come here for some self love. For the best massage ask for Amrutha and for the best hair services ask for Zeeshan.. They are both really really good.

Not at all happy with my highlights/balayage! I walked in with an image as to how I want my hair to look like, I wanted a proper change in how i looked hence I even said I would like to get global done, the stylist who was appointed to me (Kim) said "your hair is too dry and I wouldn't suggest that" - I went ahead with her suggestion but told her that even if you doing highlights please make sure that there is a significant difference, as I want to look different for the upcoming weddings I need to attend! I was asked to pay 9500 rupees which I had no problem paying! But I walked out with my hair looking more or less the same! It is ridiculous how expensive they are, they don't have a proper system of how to charge the client! Whatever comes on their mind they put a price to it! Also they are so forceful with clients as to what other treatments the clients should get done! We as clients walk in knowing what we want, by the time we start the process, we are told "do this do other treatment too, I am going to do this too" etc - and I am just like no don't do anything else other than what I have come in for! Very very very disappointed with the entire service! And how my hair turned out! It's just that I don't feel the money was worth it for the entire experience as well as how it turned out! However, I would like to say Mr.Gurung who was another stylist appointed along with Ms.Kim for doing my highlight was great! He was very kind! He was told to do what Ms.Kim (top creative stylist) had asked him to do!

Loved the haircut by Anand & loved the nail art by Airn friendly staff as always .. wonderful quality of service

Had visited the salon in Bengaluru ..got an extremely fabulous blowdry n milkshake treatment which is a quick fix for detangling hair. Zeeshan who did my hair did a great job n wud highly recommend him for hair treatments .
