Very nice ambience and good clean machines and weights
From a women's perspective it's a very very good gym ! It helped me lose 8 kgs in my fat loss journey ! Being a beginner I was afraid of weight training but coach from body temple gave me an excellent workout schedule and tracked my progress closely and carefully !
