Wonderful experience here in last 2.5 years. Will miss this place surely. Undoubtedly the best trainer is out here "Koushik Da" You can completely trust this man & transform yourself.

THE BODY TEMPLE GYM is a great place to get fit. As the name suggests, it's the mantra of this gym. I've been a member of this gym for the past 6 months. Honestly, I came to this gym completely based on Google reviews. However, I don't regret my decision for a second. The location is easily accessible and well commuted with parking space near the Choto bazar, Nabapally. Though the fitness centre has all the necessary machines and equipment,space for cardio &fully air conditioned, I still feel it can never be complete without a trainer. Koushik da and Krishanu da are not just trainers,but two of the best humans I have ever met. Koushik da,the owner of the gym. His field of knowledge is undeniable yet humble as ever. He has helped me to develop a personalized workout plan as well as a healthy diet plan and he is always there to assist you in any field, be it workout or nutrition. He makes me feel comfortable and at ease, even though I am a beginner. (Dada always rectifies my form for the 100th time). He is always willing to answer my questions and explain things in a way that I can understand. Krishanu da is approachable and has also made me aware of the proper form and technique, which undoubtedly has helped me to stay away from any kind of injuries so far.He is always there to offer encouragement and support. So to sum up, if you're looking for a fitness centre, then I highly recommend THE BODY TEMPLE GYM without a second thought.

Very nice arrangement and every thing is shown by the Trainer who holds hands. I managed to reduce my weight by 4-5 kg.

1. I have right knee meniscus ligament tear(level 2) since 2021 , lost stability , huge muscle loss , lost knee mobility due to restricted ROM. Doctors advised me to get it operated... Now coming back to 28th august 2023 (Today) I have been practicing A. Progression of pistol sqaut B. 100 KG SUMO SQUAT C. SINGLE LEG DEADLIFT WITH 25 KG ALL THESE THINGS GOT POSSIBLE WITH GUIDANCE OF " KAUSHIK DA " 2. I LOST 13 KG BODY WEIGHT DURING LAST 7 MONTHS WITHOUT USING ANY KIND OF SUPPLEMENT..JUST HOME COOKED MEAL.. THANK YOU BODY TEMPLE GYM THANK YOU KAUSHIK DAA THANK YOU KRISHANU DAA

It's been 4 months since I have joined the gym and I can feel the positive changes in me!Trainer dada is very helpful and decent.

The worst gym in locality..... Trainer is always bzymaintai ing petsonal attitude and mobile games....... Over rudeness has resulted it to be aclubhouse rather than a gym....... Too much scientific resulting 0...... No one uptill now could become as what they dreamt of in course of training...... Only thing is they hv their own rules and timings as if WAT THEY ARE........ Worst .,. Worst... Worst!

I had left shoulder joint pain for many years, by joining here and getting guidance from the trainer, the pain is almost negligible. One can get fit physically and mentally by joining in here and transform themselves.

Air Conditioned. Well maintained equipments. Proper spaced and cleaned. Reasonable fees. Friendly environment. And best of all, the trainer who'll guide in you everything.(At place like Barasat, you'll not find better gym in this fees range)
