Trainer's are very nice and humble. Body Temple has a restorant as well for healthy meals. At the top floor they have amazing swimming pool. Price is little bit higher than others gym in bilaspur.If you look at this according to it's facilities and services,Your money worth here. Ample parking space for your any kind of vehicle even if you are coming to Body temple in the Truck Thanks & get a free tour of the ambience of Gym : )
They charge a lot and don't even have proper benches for workout. Few benches wiggle. Accident is prone to happen. Gym is always crowded.

One of the best gyms in bilaspur. Nicely arranged. Separate cardio and weight training floors. Ample space. Steam bath, separate changing rooms, lockers, keys, Well behaved trainers. Price reasonable.
Machines are Good, trainers are also good. But problem is with songs, they play same songs over and over again, don't let customers to play their music. And also, steam room can be availed only Saturday and early morning on sunday.
