The BEST fitness coach ever!!! The way he treats his clients is immeasurable. He understands the person's fitness goal clearly and trains them in the most natural and healthy way. There are no special kind of diets and diet is advised with our day-to-day foods. Its my pleasure to write a testimonial for Aravind. I got introduced to Aravind through Instagram and had contacted Aravind in Feb 2022 as I was recovering my Total L Hip Replacement . I wanted to start off with some home based workout along with my rehab exercises. Aravind came across a thorough and Knowledgeable professional and he was suggesting how a personal training could of be great benefit as I was recovering from an injury and he suggested few Home based workouts too! The icing on the cake is that he didnt charge me for the 1hr he spent with me. He is extremely professional and has deep knowledge in fitness and training. It's been a while since I started my fitness program with Body Sculpting. Aravind is being so understanding and helpful. I have a long break of 4 years from fitness and to get back to that routine is extremely hard. Aravind makes all the workouts and diet so easy to continue. Not just for the fitness program, the effort he makes to bring those as a lifestyle is truly amazing. I feel so happy with the progress I'm making daily. He makes me feel accountable for my intake and workouts by checking on me everyday. Though the weight loss is slow and steady, the progress you make is definitely worth it. Moreover, I feel very comfortable getting trained from him online being in a different country. Anything that's not okay will be addressed immediately and I think that's more important to help you keep going with the process.
