I started this gym almost 40 days ago... I have lost 7 kgs so far with the help of my trainer Dilawar and other staff members... Dilawar adviced the right diet and exercise which helps me reducing wait... Owner is also helpful and had good communication with staff and clients.. My next target is to reduce 3 more kgs by Diwali and 5 more kgs till new year.. Hope my trainer keep helping and motivating me in that .. last but not the least, I would recommend others to join this gym because this is a professional gym.
