I have been a member of various gyms throughout the years, but none have impressed me as much as.From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I had found a gym that truly stands out. Allow me to share my exceptional experience and explain why body power is simply the best.

Perhaps one of the best gyms in Kamothe. Nitin sir guides newcomers well as regards exercises, proper posture, diet plan and more importantly tells them if they are doing an exercise in the wrong way.
The gym is spacious, the ambience is positive and the members are friendly. It's been only 2 weeks but I can sense the change within my body. I have lost 3 kgs, gained mass and built endurance.
The air-conditioning is just right and the machines are well oiled and relatively new.
If membership fees are a concern, rest assured it's definitely a bang for your money. Try it for yourself and maybe you could decide. Highly recommended for those who want to gain some power in their body.

Trainer Nitin Sir very helpfull, friendly and supportive person. His effort for making me fit is awesome. He makes your workout memorable.He always motivate you. What I love about this gym is it specious and has the right equipment even during peak hours.

Very good very equipped gym for beginners as a beginner it's my 20th day in the gym and my overall physique is improved all the staff members are supportive and I would specially mention about Mr Nitin Sir he is the best trainer he is always full of energy and enthusiastics in nature he always motivate you to push more in your workout and makes your each workout very memorable . As per my opinon you must train form this guy he is dawn awesome
The trainers (Nitin sir )give us the most appropriate guidances and they always have a caring watch on all of us.. it seems a lot professional than any other gyms I have gone to. On a separate note, and a secret one, they give free diet plans..

Shikha ma'am is an amazing teacher and a wonderful person. I had no training in yoga at all , but with regular practice at Shikha ma'am's classes , I am even able to do some advanced yoga postures. My flexibility and strength has improved many fold.
It was an excellent experience practicing Sudarshan Kriya under the guidance of Mayuresh Asodekar sir and Suchitra ma'am at Vashi centre. This has led to the beginning of my spiritual journey.
