I had a really good experience from body mechanics gym.I took personal training and I lose about 10kg Within 1mnth.I am thankful to Akhil PB the personal trainer who helped me a lot to achieve my goal
I could say a very friendly gym. I have been to many gyms before in kochi and chennai, but this gym stands out with the way how trainers interact with the people. They are ready to help you anytime at the gym without any hesitation, which I haven't seen in many other gyms. This gym got enough equipments which are brand new. The colour and ambiance of the gym makes you feel more relaxed. Also you will get many good friends here. All I can say is you will feel like family.
I've been going to Body Mechanics for a few years and I'm really happy with it. The equipment is top-notch and the facilities are always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout.
The moment I stepped in, I knew this is where i meant to be. Out of all the gyms that I visited in Kochi,body mechanics is the best and has great ambience, top class equipments and they have personal trainers and coaches. Trainers who really care and go beyond to help you to achieve your goals. Im pretty much excited to be here as I start my fitness journey. Highly recommended !!!
Great gym and atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful when it comes to any fitness needs! Looking around the place you can tell its well cleaned and maintained.
With all the new equipment, this is probably the best equipped gym in Aluva and kalady. Also very satisfied with the staff, mainly Mr.Akhil is very helpful. Overall, I love being a member and recommend it to everyone!
