21 Fitness is overrated. This is far better gym. The only issue with the gym is that there is no windows. One might feel suffocated or claustrophobic due to lack of windows. Also it doesn't have any lift. So, good luck on your leg day.
Coaches are always trying to put pressure on customer to do personal training.Coaches are not correcting the form until asked.When they correct they say you should do personal training.I will not advise you to go there. Specially mr.Shasank

My experience in Body Mechanics has so far been great. The gym is well maintained with modern equipment. The staff is well trained and friendly. My trainer, Surya sir, guided me with utmost care and professionalism. He developed a personalized diet plan for me and plans my exercises well in advance. He also oversees all my workouts and I've seen a great deal of improvement in myself over the past few weeks. Body Mechanics has had a really positive impact on me and I'd definitely recommend this gym to those seeking personal training.
