Body master in Nedumangad is a fantastic gym for working out. They have skilled trainers who can advise us on how to adapt our demands. They clean the premises on a regular basis and will provide us with a healthy eating plan that will meet our needs.
A power packed fitness center. Especially the paint works, interior and the machine arrange are organised. Too crowded situation in the evening (6:30 to 07:30) time slots. Got enough trainer's.

I feel this is the best gym in nedumangad as of now. Its a mixed gym that ensures a great gym etiquette and culture . They have amazing trainers who go out of their way to assist the beginners as well as the regulars. Run by shafeer , a giant of a man who knows his stuff. Well maintained equipment, separate charging rooms, for ladies. It gets crowded sometimes.
