It is one of the best gyms in Siwan,Bihar. Pros: 1. There are all equipment to train for any body part, trademill, cycling and many more. 2.There are good people to help you out,and they will guide you to take a good path for anyone to say beginners, intermediate can enjoy going to the gym. 3. Timing morning:5am-10am Timing night:4 or 5 pm to 10 pm(I am not sure) Cons: In months like may and june when humidity and heat is very high then you will get tired immediately because there is no AC.To cope with that either try coming early in the morning between 5-6 am or do it in the night time.
Such a great place to motivate and help me achieve some of the results I wanted.i really enjoyed my workouts and felt great while i've doing it.and I would highly recommend people to join this gym who want to shape their physique .by the way the behaviour of trainer is awesome.and I am really thankful to the owner of this gym to give us a better privilege.
Cordial owner and all the required equipments are available. I have worked out at almost all the gyms in Siwan and can easily say that this is, hands down, the best gym here.
Staff is very supportive. trainers give very good/efficient advice and tips for a overall workout experience. i can vouch for that. fees is nominal n affordable.
