Body Language - Gymnastics center in Dombivli - Thane, India

Nice place almost all kinds of gym equipment are available. Trainer available for the whole day starting from 5.30am to 10.30pm.

Only 2 trainers are in gym. Insufficient Machines. No leg press machine is there. I joined this gym before one year. But gym fees are not constant for everyone. They told me gym fees 2500 more than my friend. In Personal training one trainer is attending 4-5 members simultaneously. They are just money eaters and politics player. Specially there receptionist. Don't join this gym or join it for less period so that you will get idea of there atmosphere and surrounding and you will definitely get experience whatever i got.

Not good , join this gym only if you want a luxury gym . Not good for beginners , trainers dont help much they just give basic workout unless you buy personal training which the trainers will try to sell you on your very first day and they have the same set of lines for everyone i found this to be a very scummy(dont want to name that trainer here) . Equipments ( machines ) are very less so you have to have knowledge about free weight dumbell exercises thats why only join this gym if you know your workouts or if you just want a luxury and safe gym . Good for women. For results without personal training join some other gym .

Hi... M here to share my experience in this gym... I will not share anything in detail because that eould be waste of time and energy... But in this gym.... They literally they fraud... They never stick to their commitments... They change statement according their convinces... I paid 17-18 k and guys trust me its was waste of my money... Apart from this the manager of the gym is really rude and egoist... He talked to me so rude and in such a bad way ... That i will never suggest anyone to join this....very disappointed... Its not only costly but also they will force you to join for 3 months... They won't allow you to join for 1 month. Also trainers are not well trained... They started my gym without knowing my body weight and body mass Guys in 18000 package they don't provide diet plan ... This is want managers told me... I mean how ridiculous is this... Anyways So guys whoever reading this my review for this gym is 0.... I mean its only showoff luxury gym... For beginners... Its waste of money...

An awesome place for fitness, workout and gym training. Trainers are very friendly, nice and helpful to everyone. Perfect place. Feel like home after coming here. Mind gets refreshed. Feel fresh and better after tiry, tudious workout

My experience at body language is the best. Trainers are very friendly and specially Amol sir. Amol sir's training is worth experiecing. Good ambiance and very good crowd to workout with.
