Its great place to workout. The fees is 1000 rs for men and 800 rs for women. They have sepearte floors for men and women and the master is very friendly and dedicated. We don't get such service even in a sophisticated gym as they will ask us to pay for such individual care. I am happy I chose this place. Value for your money and time spent here.
This gym is truly value for money. All necessary equipment available with a very friendly trainer. I am not sure of his name however, he has got close to about 16 years of experience in the fitness industry.

Only gym in Madipakkam which has separate floors for men and women at a decent subscription. The ground floor is dedicated to women. First floor is cardio for men and second floor is weight training for men and third floor is also weight training but without air-conditioning while rest of the floors are air-conditioned. Trainers help in a great way. Equipments need proper maintainenance otherwise it's the best gym in Madipakkam.
Good place to work out (Cardio / Weight Loss/Body Building). Trainers are professional indeed. Furthermore, All equipments are in good condition and you have separate floor for Cardio and other stuffs. I would suggest for people in Madipakam to hit the place once and you can decide.
