Average kind of fitness gym...only one trainer Debu da is very good who has got both excellent knowledge and muscles and training method.... equipments need to be modernised....rest kind of good atmosphere...
Price too much excessive compared to the infrastructure provided. AC facility available but only if owner wishes then. Worst quality equipments almost each more than 30 years. Very rough and not so good behavior of gym owner. The gym is running only for the name of Moloy Roy (gym owner)
This gym is not for professionals. Otherwise it's a good place to build your muscles. Trainer is always available to help. Previously it was a non-ac gym but the ac has been installed now. Fee structure (as on feb,2019): 650 per month and for new admission Rs. 900 extra will be charged with the monthly fee. Timing: Monday to Saturday (Sunday closed). For girls there is an afternoon shift(no boys are allowed in the afternoon). The morning and the evening shift is open for all.
The gym is owend by 8 times Arjuna Award winner Mr. Molay Roy. but the gym is very small, does not have much dumbells & plates, only one bench for bench press exercises, all the dumbells, plates & rods are very old & made of fully iron. The quantities of equipments is also very less. They do have 2 split ACs. The trainer here is good & dedicated to his work. It got very consisted during evening time.
I've been going to the gym since a long time now.. it has been a great experience. The trainers and staff is very friendly. Also, they help and understand your problem areas and help u exercise accordingly.. Highly recommended.
