This is one of THE BEST GYM in and around Seegehalli area. It has all the equipments that a mordern gym should have. The enviroment in the gym is very positive. Membership price is also very very reasonable. I have been going to the gym since last 3 months and I can already feel the difference. For me, the best thing about this gym is it's trainers. Mr Nagaraj and Sunil are very knowledgeable and they have designed effective workout schedules which have been very effective on my fat loss journey so far. Both of them have been very friendly with everyone and always approachable. They also keep a close eye on everyone's progress, and guide on forms and techniques whenever needed. A BIG THANK YOU to them for helping many people in their transformation. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who live in the close vicinity, to join this gym, and keep themselves fit and healthy.

I've been going here since 6 months. The trainer is really supportive and motivates you to do better. The gym is well equipped and neatly maintained. Being a female, I feel safe working out here even during early hours. 100% recommend this place.

Great gym and Nagaraj sir is very dedicated also. He actively creates a positive and supportive environment to train. The gym is well equipped and situated on the first floor, easily noticeable from outside. The fees is nominal and get in touch with sir for any offers. Me and my wife has joined here around 6 month back. The count of females makes sure my wife is comfortable, she even goes alone sometimes We even attend aerobics sessions here. Highly recommended to someone who needs personalised guidance and a supportive fitness environment.

Great place to workout ! A friend of mine introduced the trainer, Nagaraj to me. He's extremely friendly and thoroughly knowledgeable in health and fitness aspects. I enrolled as I think a friendly trainer/mentor is singularly most important factor while choosing a gym. Equipment is more than adequate. Besides strength training, he also runs aerobic sessions which are particularly female friendly. He monitors candidates for a week, and then proposes a workout schedule taking our capacity and intentions into consideration. For strength training and body building, he gave me a weekly round robin workout plan. The plan would be vetted out every month based on the progress. Overall very satisfied ! I would definitely recommend this place.

This place is an amazing workout place , Nagaraju sir is very helpful & empathetic & gives tips & right advices regarding different workouts & encourages you to workout . Mahesh sir & Sameer are also very helpful. Crowd is decent & place is very comfortable for workouts . As I'm moving out of city , will miss this body curves fitness studio a lot. Regards Ayesha .

Trust me or not if Google had 10star rating mechanism i would have given 10 out of 10 for this Gym! Been to multiple fitness studios seriously never met a lovely and friendly trainer like Nagaraj Sir.. He is such a experienced trainer still he mingles with each and everyone no matter what is your fitness level is you get ample of tips from him... Great place to visit to have positive vibe and to start your day with fresh mood.

It's very accessible in Virgo Nagar, The gym is well maintained with good trainers and well trained according to our weight loss or weight gain.Nagaraj sir will train you very well and will give you good diet instructions. If you believe in yourself it's best place to make u love yourself. With economical prices and offers along with personal training as well. U have aerobics twice a week and equipment were well maintained. Do visit and make yourself a happy place for gyming. Hope my review helps you google folks... Happy day..
