This place has been such an eye opener for me. All the therapy is coached based on our individual capabilities. Constant support, continuous motivation and watch over by the trainer helps in improving every single day. It is not only restricted to trainings but also they fill you up with the abundance of knowledge they possess.This is the best place in Hospet if you are looking for fitness, mindful self care and of course yoga. I have seen a lot of changes in me within a short span both physically, mentally and spiritually.
My self Mohammad Aftab I too go to take training I'm learning there it's very good gym because there trainer has completed many digress and he is well trained and they mentioned discipline and they having every material to do gym.
I was having headache and pain in eye and because of this I was wearing spectacles from around two years. I have consulted most of the doctors and nothing improved. It was "Body Art yoga therapy" where I got tremendous treatment and hence improvement for about 15 days. Now there is no headache and no eye pain and hence no spectacles. Now I'm continuing yoga practice. I'm very much thankful to Shivanand sir.
