Rajesh the massage therapist had done his job very well. Steam bath was cherry on the cake. The massage was so relaxing at the affordable price.

One of the best massage of my life till now. Just informed Rajesh that I have a lower back pain issues within 5 min he did his magic and back is gone and it's been 2 hrs after the massage I am feeling relaxed. One of the best point of this center is that after massage they ask to walk for a min and let them know if we are feeling any pain and I asked them if they can do more massage on finger tips of my leg after the massage ended he did that and after that my whole body was relaxed. I took steam 1st time in my life because Rajesh explained me why it's important and it was amazing EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU RAJESH AND UNCLE WHO WAS THERE

Best massager in town. They provide good quality of deep tissue massage to if it's needed. After massage they provide steam too and then cold shower. It was awsm experience and very relaxing and one more thing they provide face massgae and head too that was very amazing, very relaxing those charges are different like 250 they charge and for massagw and steam 650. So it was great experience. Now I will go every monthmonth.

Service was good, they charged me 45 mints massage for 650 and additional 15 mints steam n shower. But I got massage only for 25 mints instead of 45 Hot water is not there, during winter only it required otherwise ok cold water.

This place is amazing. The relaxation massage was very much needed. I didn't realize how tight my body was until the session was over. Oh boy was it tense but afterwards I felt so much relief. It was a wonderful experience. Nice welcome and massage was also awesome. He seems to be well experienced with it. Also the steam bath and shower helped more to relax. It is at a very reasonable price. Only thing that I would like him to improve is the blue light. I suggest it should be changed to some warm colour light. And although it doesn't stink at all, but if there would be a great aroma in the air, it would be more relaxing. Note:- Please bring your own towel, boxers or underwear during massage, and own soap to clean.

Body & Mind Spa Centre the name itself is enough. This is the best place I have ever been to. The amibence is good, staff is really good and cooperative. The owner Marshal is he so humble and kind to listen and understand your needs. Overall the best place for spa. Would definitely recommend others to visit for good experience. I will definitely go again for sure very soon
