I am 67 yrs old. I had sever health issues and finding difficultly even to walk . Just one month of training with bodifit has given me a noticeable difference. I am able to walk well and also feel more-active and energetic now. I am extremely happy with the results of just 30 days . I strongly recommend bodifit as a safe , professional and result Oriented gym for all age category

Where do I start. The weight section, the cardio room or the staff. The weight section has every machine you can think of and comes with an amazing set of trainers. My favourite is the cardio room. The peg board, the battle ropes and my favourite the wheel. It tests your core to it's limits. And finally the people who run this amazing gym. Divya, Sijo, Hari and everyone else there. You guys are amazing and doing an awesome job. Thankyou and see you soon.

I am happy that I made the right decision to join Bodyfit. The staff and trainers are excellent and are very approachable. I, being a complete beginner in a gym, was concerned if there would be enough guidance from trainers. But to my surprise, all the trainers were ready to guide and give instructions accordingly. Moreover, a great atmosphere to work out in with well-maintained and regularly cleaned equipment, along with other amenities including locker space and hygienic washrooms. I have been at the gym for a month now and it looks like I chose the right place for my fitness journey.

On my recent trip to India, I had a chance to workout in the bodifit gym. It was amazing to see the wide range of equipment which are very much at par to what I could find in many gym abroad. I must give special mention to the personal trainers for both their commitment and vast knowledge about workout, nutrition and recovery regime. I was able to get a complete body analysis to understand my current state of fitness which would really help anyone to set pragmatic and achievable goals. One of the highlight is the cleanliness and motivating ambiance of the gym. It sure deserve 5 stars and would encourage everyone to give this gym a try.

My trainer Mr Babu makes the training sessions more engaging with his well-carved workout regime and helps me reach new heights in my fitness journey.
