This is a good gym with a good trainer for beginner and intermediate training.
PROS-
1. People from all age groups from pre-teens to senior citizens use this gym regularly. This makes it balanced, family friendly and truly embodies the concept of 'age is just a number' for general fitness.
2. Very well ventilated air conditioned gym with natural & fresh air in a silent & peaceful fully residential building basement.
3. The trainer, Saurabh, is calm, courteous & very well behaved and gives adequate attention and guidance to all gym members. He suggests step by step gradual growth and a fully natural diet for sustainable growth.
CONS-
The gym music played here and in general in any gym is not a good practice. It sometimes makes me to overdo exercises in excitement which leads to burnout. Also, the music keeps playing in my mind throughout the day. I prefer having no gym music. Those who want gym music should use their own earphones/headphones.
Saurab the trainer and owner of the gym is an amazing person. He trains with full dedication and has an excellent knowledge of his field

Perfect place to workout, well equipped with all the necessary required gym machines. Qualified and certified trainer/owner who will have a close watch on you unlike other gyms where nobody cares about you untill you take PT.
Its an awesome gym and the gym trainer is very cool, u can always walk up to him for any help and support related to exercises. Good work!!!
