I have been practicing Yoga at Bodhi Yoga KPHB Branch since last 1 and half year. I can tell one thing about Bodhi, my experience is marvellous. Trainers are really knowledgable and supportive. I never get bored, Lots of Asana variation. Special mediation classes on Saturday is excellent.

For anyone who want to begin their yoga journey, Bodhi is a great institute to start with. There's tremendous positive aura oozing out from the trainers. I especially love every aspect of the class be it the meditation or the many variations of the yoga styles being taught everyday and the special classes conducted on Saturdays. It's very recent that I have joined the institute and I'm already seeing a difference in my flexibility, strength and my mental health. I have also been part of their outing and it was a very joyous one.
