I recently took the detox program at Bodhi and the experience is truly amazing. When the team explained the procedure, I was very sceptical about undergoing the process initially. But the team motivated and guided me thoroughly the process and made it super awesome and easy! The knowledge of the instructors and the support of the team before, during and after the procedure is commendable. I am so glad I completed the process. I feel very light and the body feels more refreshed now. I work in night shifts and I usually don't get time to take care of myself. I was introduced to Bodhi Institute by a friend of mine for a Yoga course which he said would eventually change me as a person and help me form a different perspective about my own life. He was actually correct. It's been about 8 weeks that I have been going here and today I finished my detox process. It feels extremely good and I have never felt any lighter than this. Today I was introduced to a detox process, shankaprakshalan, at Bodhi institute. This is my first time ever, so obviously I was excited and at same time I was apprehensive but the process went on so smoothly with the great support of my trainers at bodhi. After the process I can feel the lightness of my body, this process completely cleanses the system from inside which I think is highly effective for a healthy body.I highly recommend everyone to undergo this process.

We had a session of body detox and it was brilliant. It was natural process and very safe guided very well by our yoga teacher, unlike the adulterated product this is pure and best way to cleanse your body. I am grateful to Bodhi yoga academy for this experience.

I have joined in Bodhi for Yoga Teacher Training. Iam very glad to be part of Bodhi, it is an amazing place, having good atmosphere with greenery after coming here only I came to know that Yoga means not only physical asanas it is both physical and spiritual. I experienced real happiness through breathing techniques and meditation which are very helpful to bring peace of mind , confidence and enlightenment with in us. And also I have gone through panchaprakshalana (detoxification) process w as really good experience. I would like to say about trainers Vyshnavie and Swetha they both are very friendly and good trainers,they take care about each and every student. Me and my husband gone through whole detox process including kujal, jalaneti and shankhprachlam kirya. My husband little bit scared about whole process but it was very nicely explained by experienced and knowledgeable yoga teacher about its benefits and all information about it. And finally he decided to go through with these all kirya. And our experience is very nice and felt very light. I would like to say many thanks to all Bodhi team. We had an amazing experience with DETOX . Loved it. I continue to do one of the process everyday and intend to repeat the other two processes as well.Its best to not google or hear about it ,rather experience it, with accuracy.Your attitude towards ancient methods will multiply two folds for sure. Also , I would like to assure that the trainers at Bodhi are well equipped with knowledge and infrastructure.
