The rooms are being renovated, changes has to be done. The resort pics which you see in site. Don't expect that much .Food rate is so expensive and an Average taste . Very scary to walk in all walkway bridges ..It has to renovated soon to avoid a collapse. Ambience was so nice and so much activities. No WIFI in rooms .That is a big disappointment.

During my recent one-day stay at the resort, I had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the food served was delightful and truly stood out. I enjoyed the culinary offerings and found them to be a highlight of my visit. However, I must express my disappointment with the pool facilities. The pictures on the website and promotional materials showcased an infinity pool, but in reality, it lacked enough water to achieve that mesmerizing effect. It didn't quite match the expectations set by those enticing images, leaving me feeling somewhat let down. On the bright side, the resort's ambiance was pleasant and created a relaxing atmosphere. The surroundings were well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing, contributing to a generally enjoyable stay. However, the hospitality fell short of what I had anticipated for the price I paid. The staff seemed disengaged and distant, which impacted my overall impression of the service. A little more warmth and attentiveness from the staff would have gone a long way in enhancing the experience. In conclusion, while the resort had its positives, such as the delectable food and pleasant ambiance, the disappointment over the pool and the underwhelming hospitality made it challenging to fully embrace the stay. It's my hope that the management addresses these areas of concern to provide a more fulfilling experience for future guests.

It was an average experience. The room service all were fine. They even had a good restaurant over there but it was way too expensive they take allot of time to prepare it and bring it. The rooms are being renovated, its clean and all but changes has to be done. The pics which you see isn't the ones which you get there they are making it better since they owned it recently. Wifi is available only in reception not in you rooms please do check that.

One word - Horrible! The room price I was charged was for a 5 star, but services provided were not even one star!!! Dirty room, scary access, broken planks, mosquitoes inside the room, nauseating room freshener, spiderwebs everywhere... list is endless. They provided only one tiny soap for hand wash and bathing.....! Beat that at a price of 15000 for 2 nights! No one was present at reception, I had to call like a 100 times before someone picked up the phone for house keeping. The best one....THERE WAS NO WATER IN THE BATHROOM FOE THE WHOLE NIGHT. FML. Regretting my decision to stay here big time.

I had the pleasure of staying there with my friends. The ambience also unbeatable and the best time for exploring the property is evening! The natural golden glow enhance the serenity of the resort. But the primary concern revolved around the safety of wooden bridges leading to the floating cottages. They were delicate and unstable, rendering the resort unsuitable for children due to the potential risks involved.

Very pathetic staycation place for family and couples, first of all the entrance is like mud racing track actually after my check out I first went to car wash. I expected a lot in food but that also disappointed me. Only thing nice there is location and view.

The resort idea is good.Bedrooms in underwater,but other area above the water.The only problem is backwater smell.Pool is good but no baby pool.Lot of activities in resort.Indoor activity room is good but no AC.Staffs are good and helpful.Restaurent is also good.

Had been to this beautiful place few years back and the service were excellent back then. So again in 2023 May ,We took the days package and it was not at all satisfactory. *There were just 1 kayak and 2 pedal boats and some 40 odd guests on the day we went. *Worst was the pool. We have never been in this amount of chlorine in any pool. Most of our dress (cotton) lost it's colour with the amount of bleech in the pool. *Food was basic and the 2 non veg - fish and chicken tasted like they were cooked in mustard oil. * Evening tea (no coffee) and 1 snack were served to us on the steps, entrance of a banquet hall. The service now is very poor. Positive *They have an excellent park and play area for kids. The lawn is also well maintained to host a party. *Majority of the staffs behaved quite well. *The good thing now was the rate. It's was quite less than last time. Couple of years back, I guess the management were different and they were very hospitable, great service, food was excellent and even the water sports could cover more area.
