Firstly, no parking space. Sea facing view is not ambiance or if it's painted blue, the place is dirty and old. Food is expensive and below average. People are kind but I'm not there for the people. Big NO NO
Excellent food, easily some of the best I have had at Mahabs. Great music and vibes as well - incredible view from the tables! Highly recommend the calamari curry.
It's the highest place to have drinks with sea view and that too at a reasonable rate... This is my favourite stop during Chennai - Puduchherry Road Trip.
Went to eat lunch at this place. Food is too costly and they waited for more than 30mins to give order. Plus is It was located at sea side with great view.
It has a wonderful beach view and awesome food .
The location is just a absolute bliss.! There are rooms with seating outside with a beach view! And the cafe is so cool with the beach view! It's a best place to chill with friends and for the people who love beach view stays this is a must try, the rooms are quite manageable i wouldn't say they're good but it is manageable as the outside atmosphere is awesome in this stay. The beach is just 10 or 15 steps away from. The stay.! Try and experience this property if you visit mahabalipuram
One of the best cafe experiences ever. Ambience: 8/10 Food: 7/10 If you wanna chill out with your friends, this is the best place for it.
It's my usual hangout places . People there are like family . Robert and Andrew are amazing hosts . Such a lovely location and ambience . I consider it the best inspite of many other cafes opening up in the area

Kalo's is my favorite spot for seafood in Mahabalipuram. The cafe's location is perfect, right by the beach. Try the continental and South Indian seafood options; you won't be disappointed.
Best seafood. Prawn pepper fry, Calamari, Live fish order. Masala is also good. Fried rice was average but because of the seafood taste it can be ignored. They can work on the ambiance little bit.
