Boatys Beach Cottage & Restaurant - Cottage in Calangute - North Goa, India

I had a great experience in Boatys Beach Cottage. Owner is very friendly and was in constant touch with me during my stay. Location is perfect. It is touching Calangute Beach. Room and food was very nice :) Room price was also under budget. Also they have car parking. Wherever I will come to Goa next time I will stay here. It's like my second home now :)

The only reason for me to give 4 stars here is the owner "Mani", this guy is so cool that I would stay at this place again for his company. The rooms are average cottages but clean. The food menu doesn't have many options but "Mani" prepares some of the dish himself and they are delicious. "Mani" sat with us, had some drinks and made us feel like we were at home. It is right on the beach from the back side of the property. If you want a chill and budget place located right on Calangute beach, this is a place to go.

This is perhaps one of my best travel and stay experience. The Captain took it personally to see that we all felt at home, and indeed we did feel at home. The rooms are really comfortable, and the food is just out of this world!!

Had a wonderful time at Boatys for a week. Initially planned to stay for 3 days but extended until a week. Captain manny was very friendly and his in house dishes were very delicious, especially I loved prawn and fish. Babu was very kind in helping us in making our stay more comfortable. I would definitely recommend to visit again

Boaty's Beach Cottage have been recently a delightful stay with comfortable cottages, delicious food, and a prime location near the beach. The accommodations are cozy and well-maintained, clean, ensuring a pleasant experience. The food served is scrumptious, satisfying all taste buds if you are non-vegetarian don't need to even think of Swiggy/Zomato/outside food. The cottages' proximity to the beach allows for easy access to the beautiful shoreline, enhancing the overall experience as its just 50 odd meters from the backyards. Outside cottage there are lot of trees, sit-outs and tents where you can spend you time and just chill. Captain Manny, the Captain of Boaty's Beach Cottages, is an exceptional host who shares captivating stories from his Caribbean adventures and beyond. The vibrant design theme of Boaty's reflects the Caribbean vibes, with plenty of Bob Marley references adding to the charm. A special mention goes to Babu, the caretaker, who is not only an amazing cook but also readily available to assist with any needs. As everybody might be concerned about charges, they are very pocket friendly and affordable. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable experience. Overall 1. Location: 5/5 2. This is one of the best places to stay in Calangute. Has its own beach access. Rooms are neat, clean and basic. We were lucky to get this place. We just walked in and enquired about the accomodation. They just had a cancellation and we got 2 rooms on the spot. Best to call and book before visiting. Best to visit this place in a group. It has a beautiful common area where you can sit and relax with a beer or two. The owner Captain Manny is an amazing host and will regale you with stories from his time in the carribbean and many other places You can see the Carribbean vibes in the whole design theme [lot of Bob Marleys around the property ;-)] of boaty's. Special thanks to Babu (caretaker), amazing cook and always on call to help with anything. Will highly recommend this place.

Everything about this place is awesome just awesome.. very well maintained with a green of a host ( manny and babu bhaiya ) ... cant wait to visit again my goto place in north goa

No one attended when we reached over there. There is lots mosquitoes in room, Ac is not working, toilet flush is not working. We checked out very next due to pathetic service. This is not beach resort but looking cheap guest house.
