Best tourist attraction place for boating. Price of both side is 30+30 per person of time 35 minutes each side of shared boat and private boating price is 400 for 15 minutes. Must visit this complete natural place you will feel like Goa. And water is very clean.
Very nice picnic point for family Beware of Monkeys, they snatch eatables Very good fresh water fish available here Avoid visiting from 15 June to 25 August as No Fishing Season is there, Boating is enjoying,as Gobind Sagar Lake is very big and presents a picturesque views
This Boating point is situated at Govind Sagar Lake at one side of Bhakra Dam. Very beautiful place but the tourist movement is very less.. you have to search the place.. to find the way to Boating point. No Sign Board on highway by Boating Authorities. I feel this place is for boys only.. You found no security of police. To reach the place you have to come off the road and track to reach. I suggest 10 Am To 3 Pm is the best time to enjoy the place. This place should be developed by goverment.
Amazing experience....1 hour ride ..1200 rs ....and 10 to 15 min stay in the middle of bakhra lake ....on an island .You live free here ......
Great place for peaceful time. Plenty of boating options are available and there is a huge lane of fish restaurants for non veg lovers
